Andrea Y. Kwong is an international trade specialist in Cassidy Levy Kent’s Washington office. Ms. Kwong supports the firm’s attorneys with research and analysis on matters relating to U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty disputes, and assists clients in administrative proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission, U.S. Department of Commerce, and bi-national NAFTA Panels. She has participated in antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings on behalf of clients in the United States, Korea, and Mexico. Ms. Kwong works hand-in-hand with the firm’s lawyers and other professionals to collect and analyze company and industry data for use in proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission.
Before joining Cassidy Levy Kent, Ms. Kwong attended the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) of the Johns Hopkins University, where she earned specializations in Emerging Markets and Latin American Studies. Prior to SAIS, Ms. Kwong served two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Bolivia.
