Hiroko Hagen is a Senior International Trade Advisor in Cassidy Levy Kent’s Washington office. Ms. Hagen has more than two decades of experience providing data and economic support in a variety of international trade disputes, with a primary focus on U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings.

Ms. Hagen’s primary focus is on the complex analysis of economic data in antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings. She has been involved in a wide variety of trade proceedings, including agency investigations and administrative reviews, sunset reviews, new shipper reviews, appeals to and remand proceedings from the U.S. Court of International Trade and binational panels established under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), suspension agreements, and Section 201 safeguard proceedings.

She has represented both domestic and foreign companies involved in cases in the United States, as well as U.S. companies involved in proceedings in China, Korea and Brazil. Ms. Hagen has represented both U.S. and foreign companies from a wide array of industries including chemicals, steel, agricultural products, furniture, consumer appliances, lumber and more. Ms. Hagen has also represented clients before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Internal Revenue Service.

Prior to joining Cassidy Levy Kent, Ms. Hagen worked at several prominent law firms on trade-related matters and at the largest U.S. credit union as a business operations analyst.
