Sarah Shulman is an associate in Cassidy Levy Kent’s Washington DC office. Ms. Shulman assists clients on a range of issues including trade remedies actions before the U.S. International Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Commerce, as well as compliance matters before U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Prior to joining Cassidy Levy Kent, Ms. Shulman was an attorney‐fellow in the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) where her focus was on World Trade Organization (WTO) dispute settlement and resolving issues arising under Free Trade Agreements. While at USTR she drafted submissions to WTO panels, participated in interagency rule reviews, and advised on issues relating to U.S. trade policy.
Ms. Shulman attended the American University Washington College of Law, where she was a Dean’s Fellow for the international trade department and served as a Note and Comment Editor of the International Law Review. While in school, she completed a summer clerkship with the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. International Trade Commission.
