Nickolas Erickson

International Trade Specialist / Washington

Nickolas Erickson is an International Trade Specialist in Cassidy Levy Kent’s Washington office. Mr. Erickson assists attorneys and economists involved in trade remedy proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. International Trade Commission, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Mr. Erickson attended Rhodes College and graduated with a B.A. in International Studies and minor in Business. He focused on comparative politics, taking interests in contemporary Latin American history, human rights law, and political economy. Mr. Erickson began his career in international trade when he interned at a large international shipping company, researching the implications of the Section 301 and Section 232 tariffs on supply chain networks in Southeast Asia and China. He also interned at a healthcare data analytics company in San Juan, Puerto Rico and worked for the Shelby County Health Department in Memphis, Tennessee as a COVID-19 Response Team Trainer.
