Eliza Miller is a Senior Compliance Specialist in Cassidy Levy Kent’s Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Miller supports clients, attorneys, and economists on customs and trade compliance matters before U.S. Customs and Border Protection. She also works on various compliance-related matters before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as appellate matters before the U.S. Court of International Trade.
Ms. Miller’s experience includes advising clients regarding a broad range of import-related compliance matters, including customs valuation, tariff classification, and country of origin determinations. She has supported internal compliance audits, risk assessments, international supply chain mapping, reconciliation filings, prior disclosures, protests, and responses to customs enforcement actions. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Miller served as a global trade analyst at a multinational consultancy firm, where she advised companies on developing and strengthening global trade compliance programs.
Ms. Miller graduated with high distinction from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a B.S. in International Business, Marketing, and Digital & Social Media Business Applications, where her academic work focused on international trade policy and global economic governance.
