Jacqueline Felice

International Trade Specialist / Ottawa

Jaqueline Felice assists attorneys with a range of issues before the Canada Border Services Agency, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, and the Federal Court of Appeal. Ms. Felice brings to the firm a multidisciplinary background in law, business, finance, and operations. Prior to joining Cassidy Levy Kent, she worked in the Merchandise Financial Planning department of a large Canadian retailer, where she supported reporting, analysis, forecasting, and business insights related to sales, margin, profitability, and inventory. She also worked on projects involving technology and automation to improve processes, organize information, and support more efficient workflows.

Prior to moving to Canada, Ms. Felice worked as Senior Legal Counsel at Banco Votorantim in Brazil, where she supported corporate, commercial, financial, and capital markets matters, including contract analysis, due diligence, corporate documentation, regulatory compliance, data protection, and legal approvals.
