Chase Dunn is an associate in Cassidy Levy Kent’s Washington office. Mr. Dunn assists clients in proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. International Trade Commission involving a wide range of trade remedy actions, including dumping, countervailable subsidy, circumvention, scope, and material injury determinations, as well as related litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Dunn also counsels clients in customs matters, including internal compliance programs, classification, valuation, country of origin marking and Free Trade Agreement and duty preference program compliance in the United States.
Mr. Dunn attended the American University Washington College of Law, where he served as the Senior Articles Editor for the American University International Law Review. While in school, he completed an internship with the Honorable Judge Jimmie V. Reyna of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC), and studied abroad in The Hague. Mr. Dunn was also a research assistant on projects related to international criminal law, war crimes, and the United Nations Convention against Torture (UNCAT), and served as a research associate at a global pro-bono law firm working on post-conflict constitution drafting, peace negotiations, and transitional justice issues in several war-torn countries.
