In this second edition of the Canadian International Trade Law Year in Review, the team at CLK Canada has reviewed a set of 12 judicial and administrative decisions from 2023 that will be of interest to trade practitioners.
The review covers decisions of Canada’s Federal Courts pursuant to the Special Import Measures Act and Customs Act, determinations by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal and Canada Border Services Agency, and two decisions from CPTPP and CUSMA panels.
