CLK is delighted to congratulate Susana Lee on her appointment as a Member of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, effective January 29, 2024.
Prior to her appointment, Susana spent her entire legal career at CLK, starting as a summer student in 2014 and ultimately being promoted to partner as of January 1, 2024. Throughout her distinguished career at CLK, Susana made significant contributions to the firm, representing clients in trade remedy proceedings and advising clients on various trade issues.
Susana has also been extremely active in the legal community, serving as Chair of the Canadian Bar Association – International Law Section and as a board member on the Ontario Bar Association. She has also been recognized as a leading lawyer in international trade law by Chambers Canada and by the Legal 500.
