Changmin (Harry) Kang is a Foreign Law Clerk in Cassidy Levy Kent’s Washington office. Mr. Kang advises on a range of issues including trade remedy actions before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission and the U.S. Court of International Trade, U.S. Customs compliance, and government relations.
Mr. Kang attended the George Washington University Law School. During law school, Mr. Kang worked as an intern at a South Korean boutique law firm focused on the field of maritime law and maritime insurance. Mr. Kang also worked as a research assistant on a project related to international tax treaties.
