Hamza Mountagui serves as an Associate in Cassidy Levy Kent’s Brussels office. He advises clients on all aspects of international trade and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on trade defence instruments, including anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, anti-circumvention, and safeguard proceedings.
Mr. Mountagui has in-depth knowledge of EU legislation and WTO rules. He represents EU associations and industries in trade defence investigations before the European Commission and has also been involved in matters brought before the European Court of Justice, notably in the context of trade-related litigation.
Mr. Mountagui also represents Moroccan industries in trade defence investigations before the Moroccan Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Mr. Mountagui is a qualified lawyer in France (Barreau de Paris) and acts for clients before the French courts.
Prior to joining Cassidy Levy Kent, he worked at an international law firm in Brussels, advising on international trade. He also gained valuable experience through internships at prominent law firms in Paris.
