Imogen S. Greenwald Frazier

International Trade Specialist

Imogen Greenwald Frazier is an International Trade Specialist in Cassidy Levy Kent’s Washington, D.C. office. She assists attorneys and economists involved in trade remedy proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission. She also supports appellate litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as well as customs compliance matters with U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Prior to joining the firm, Imogen spent a summer working with policy, communications, and fundraising team leads at an international non-profit organization’s New York City headquarters to improve departmental efficiency in it’s external relations division. While studying abroad in Florianópolis, Brazil, she also interned at an international relations think-tank. There, she worked with a doctorate student to produce research in Portuguese on legal and economic barriers to food access for immigrants in Santa Catarina.

Imogen graduated from Wesleyan University with a B.A. in History. She specialized in international relations histories and served as President of the Wesleyan Trade Forum. Her writing on NAFTA was honored with distinction by the History Department and published in the Tufts University Undergraduate Journal of International Affairs through a triple blind peer-review process.
