Riya Bhushan is an International Trade Specialist in Cassidy Levy Kent’s Washington office. Ms. Bhushan assists attorneys and economists involved in trade remedy proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as customs compliance matters U.S. Customs and Border Protection. She also supports appellate litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Ms. Bhushan graduated magna cum laude from the George Washington University, where she earned a B.A. in International Affairs with a concentration in International Politics and minors in French and Geography. Earlier, she graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University with a M.A. in International Relations. Before working at CLK, she served as an intern with a non-profit pro-democracy organization.
