Sadiya Zafar is an International Trade Specialist in Cassidy Levy Kent’s Washington office. Ms. Zafar assists attorneys and economists involved in trade remedy proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as customs compliance matters U.S. Customs and Border Protection. She also supports appellate litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Ms. Zafar is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where she double majored in Foreign Affairs and French. Prior to joining the firm, she interned at a non-profit that advocates for Asian American students and media professionals.
